Compilation Tekno Various Vibes....

Alors voil�, on vous propose de participer � la cr�ation d'une compilation sur le th�me de la tekno ind�pendante. Nous voudrions regrouper le temps d'un album libre, les styles de musique issus des premi�res ann�es de free party jusqu'� aujourd'hui. Les styles ne seront pas fig�s, � vous de proposer votre musique.

Le projet peu paraitre �norme. Il �voluera en fonction du nombre de vos participation, cr�ation de plusieurs volumes regroup�s par famille de styles ou bien un seul album.

Les conditions :

--Vous devez nous envoyer votre morceau compress� en mp3 � 128K maxi ou ogg.
--Les morceaux ne doivent pas contenir des samples sous copyright, sauf s'il sont m�connaissables, seulement vos cr�ations. Evitez le enieme sample de requiem for a dream.
--Votre morceau est s�lectionn�, nous vous demanderons alors un fichier en wav.
--Tout le monde � sa chance, la s�lection sera objective le plus possible. Si on aime pas un morceau ou un style mais que le travail est de qualit�, nous le publierons.

Une fois la playlist �tablie, nous r�aliserons le mastering des titres si besoin ainsi qu'une jackette recto-verso.

Pour la diffusion, 3 solutions :

- nous h�bergeons la compilation en mp3 avec acc�s public.
- chacun artiste selectionn� aura un acc�s priv� au serveur afin de t�l�charger la compilation en fichier wav, ainsi que la jackette. Afin si vous le souhaitez, de pouvoir graver et vendre la compilation. Cette compilation est libre donc chacun peut la sortir en cd � ses frais, � condition d'avoir le fichier Wav.
-- la compilation sera d�pos�e sur le site www.musique-libre.org, dans notre fiche illegalunit avec le nom de tous les participants.
Vous pouvez participer � la diffusion, publiant le lien Mp3 sur des sites, forums, web-radio...

Nous lan�ons l'id�e le 19 juin 2006, vous serez informez de l'�volution des participations sur notre forum.

Pour d�poser un morceau :

--Vous pouvez d�poser sur le site www.illegalunit.org , page compilation.

--Envoyez nous un mail contenant vos r�f�rences, nom d'artiste, activit�, sound system, association, votre e-mail ainsi que l'url de votre fichier son avec le nom de votre style et dans quelle cat�gorie aimeriez vous apparaitre.

-- Vous pouvez d�poser votre track sur le forum tOmAtOeS AttAcK, rubrique Compilation.

Vos morceaux doivent durer entre 5 et 10 min afin de proposer au moins 10 artistes par album.
La compilation en .mp3 est limit�e � 100M,ce que nous pourrons h�berger, il y a d�ja de quoi faire.
La compilation en .wav est limit�e � 700M, taille d'un cd.

Tout les morceaux d�pos�s seront en �coute sur notre forum, le temps de l'expiration de votre h�bergeur pour ceux qui sont chez des h�bergeur gratuits et en continue pour ceux qui ont des liens fixes.

Comme vous l'aure compris ce projet est libre, on ne fait pas �a pour l'argent, ni pour la gloire. Juste pour proposer de la bonne musique vari�e gratuite en mp3 et ogg, et je l'�sp�re peu ch�re lorsqu'un artiste participant, d�cidera de graver quelques exemplaires. Les visiteurs pourront donc la t�l�charger gratuitement et s'ils le souhaitent acheter quelques cds en soutien.

Et pour �viter et prendre les devants, � notre modeste mesure, sur les majors qui finiront par vendre des compilations "free-party" dans les supermarch�s, d'ici une dizaine d'ann�es.

Nous concevons cet ou ces album(s) d'une fa�on free dans le sens ind�pendant et autogestion. Alors si l'id�e vous plait, bienvenu. Si elle vous d�range, faites le savoir....

pour le moment, nous acceptons les 2 formats mp3 et ogg, mais ils se peut que la compilation soit en .ogg pour une meilleure compression et meilleure qualit� audio. Renseignez vous sur le format ogg avec google ou autre...

Les tracks seront sous licenses Creatives Commons by-nc-sa.

A propos de la license

Alors pour faire court.

Tous morceaux seront sous licence libre creative commons.
Cela permet avant tout de d�finir la paternit� du morceau, c'est � dire qui est son cr�ateur.

Dans les cas de la compil, chaque auteur aura sa propre license, c'est � dire que nous, tomatoes attack, ne seront propri�taire d'aucun de vos morceaux.

D�poser une license c'est tr�s simple, il suffit d'appliquer le logo CC � l'endroit o� se t�l�charge le morceau; dans notre cas, il suffire d'apposer votre logo sur notre site, � la page o� se t�l�chargera la complilation. Donc vous �tes, chacun, propri�taires de vos morceaux, et si l'un d'entre vous � sorti une balle qui interessera un producteur, ce sera vous le boss et pas nous.

For some reason anything that isnt in the root returns 404s.

I am getting 404 errors for root/dir1/dir2/*.html files. I can access http://domain.com/dir1/dir2/ and see the contents via the browser but when I click on the html files they return 404.

I assume something in the htaccess file is causing this?

Can anyone help me please?
