mArSfOrUm XML Rss & Atom syndication feeds

You can now register to several syndication feed format all over the mArSaTaK fOrUm.

We provide both Atom 0.3 and RSS 2.0 XML feeds for each forum, topic and another general one for the entire forum.

This way, you can easily keep in touch with whatever subject that's interesting you.
Each feed will provide links to the last posts selected (entire forum, specific forum and topics) including the begining of each messages.

You can just subcribe to one or several of them using a feed agregator such as rss reader or an email client with agregation capabilities such as Thunderbird using the sepecific feed's URL.

For Firefox users, you can also add dynamic bookmark for each feed (see the orange icon at the lower right of Firefox window? just click on it ).

This way, you'll maintain up to date dynamic links to the last posts of your selected feed (just the links, no message).

Here are the different icons and there meaning :

: The last 25 posts in mArSfOrUm in Rss 2.0 Xml format;
: The last 25 posts in mArSfOrUm in Atom 0.3 Xml format;
: The last 10 post of the viewed forum in Rss 2.0 Xml format;
: The last 10 post of the viewed forum in Atom 0.3 Xml format;
: The last 5 post of the viewed topic in Rss 2.0 Xml format;
: The last 5 post of the viewed topic in Atom 0.3 Xml format.

Flux XML Rss & Atom sur mArSfOrUm

Vous pouvez d�sormais souscrire � diff�rents formats de syndication sur tout le fOrUm de mArSaTaK.

Nous proposons des flux Atom 0.3 et RSS 2.0 XML pour chaque forum, sujet et �galement une synth�se g�n�rale de tout le forum.

De cette fa�on, vous pouvez facilement suivre l'�volution des parties qui vous int�ressent.
Chaque flux fournira des liens vers les derniers messages s�lectionn�s (tout le forum, un forum sp�cifique ou un sujet) ainsi que le d�but de leur contenu.

Vous pouvez vous abonner � n'importe quelle combinaison de forums et sujets en utilisant un agr�gateur comme rss reader ou un client mail prenant en charge ce type de flux comme Thunderbird en utilisant l'url sp�cifique du flux s�lectionn�.

Les utilisateurs de Firefox peuvent �galement ajouter des marques pages dynamiques pour chaque flux (vous voyez l'ic�ne orange en bas � droite de la fen�tre ? cliquez dessus )

Cela cr�era un marque page dynamique contenant les liens vers les derniers messages du flux s�l�ction� (sans r�sum�).

#mArSaTaK : the mArSaTaK irc chat channel

The official #mArSaTaK irc channel is now open. You can access it throught java applet or any standard irc software, such as MIRC.

The #mArSaTaK channel is hosted by Rezium and can be reached on irc.rezium.net:6667 (once connected just type in /join #marsatak).

If you are a guest, you still can come and chat with us. If you are using the java applet, your nick will first be mArSgUeStxx, but you'll be abble to change it to whatever by using the /nick command (e.g. /nick new_nick) or by just entering your new nick in the change nick box on the lower right of the applet.

If you are a registered user, your mArSaTaK nick will be used by default when logged @ mArSaTaK.

If you want, you can protect your nick on the channel using the command :

/msg NickServ REGISTER password yourmail@example.com

This way no one will be able to still it from you.
You'll then need to run this command after joining the server in order to be identified :

/msg NickServ IDENTIFY password

To automate registered nick login with the java applet, go to your profile and type in the "IRC Chat Room Commands" box :

/msg nickserv identify password;
/join #marsatak

For now, I only allow to chat on #mArSaTaK through the java applet, but this could change in the future.

You can start a direct private chat with any logged user in the channel by double clicking on its nick in the nick list.

For the java applet to work you need to install (if not already done) the Sun Java Runtime Environment. Normally, your brownser should propose to auto install it, if not you can install it from here.
The java applet also works with MS Java, but I recommend the Sun version.

And before all, you must follow the irc Netiquette rules !

#mArSaTaK : Le channel de chat irc de mArSaTaK

Le channel #mArSaTaK est ouvert. Vous pouvez y acc�der par l'applet java ou avec n'importe quel logiciel irc comme MIRC.

Le channel #marsatak est h�berg� par Rezium et peut �tre atteint sur irc.rezium.net:6667 (une fois connect� entrez /join #marsatak).

Si vous �tes un invit�, vous pouvez aussi utiliser le chat. Si vous utilisez l'applet java pour ce faire, votre pseudo sera mArSgUeStxx, mais vous pourrez en changer en utilisant la commande /nick (i.e : /nick nouveau_pseudo) ou en entrant votre nouveau pseudo directement dans la case "Modifier le nick" (en bas � droite de l'applet).

Si vous �tes un utilisateur enregistr� et logu�, votre pseudo mArSaTaK sera utilis� par d�faut.
Si vous le voulez, vous pouvez prot�ger votre pseudo sur le channel en utilisant la commande :

De cette fa�on, personne ne pourra utiliser votre pseudo � votre place. Vous devrez alors,pour �tre identifi� � chaque connection au serveur, utiliser la commande :

Vous pouvez �galement automatiser la proc�dure de login de pseudo prot�g� avec l'applet java en entrant dans la case "IRC Chat Room Commands" de votre profile.:

Pour l'instant, il n'est pas possible de joindre d'autres channels que #mArSaTaK avec l'applet java, mais cela pourrait �voluer dans le futur.

Vous pouvez d�marrer un conversation priv�e avec tous les utilisateurs pr�sents en double cliquant sur leur pseudo dans la lise des pseudos.

Pour que l'applet java fonctionne, vous devez installer Sun Java Runtime Environment (si cela n'est pas d�j� fait).
Normalement, votre navigateur devrait vous proposer de le faire automatiquement. Si ce n'est pas le cas, vous pouvez l'obtenir directement ici.
L'applet java fonctionne �galement avec MS java, mais je vous conseille la version SUN.

Et avant toutes choses, vous devez respecter la Netiquette irc !
