What a week!

27/05/05 : Show Case @ the BOCK CLUB - SARAJEVO

The tour started with a show case in the BOCK club on the 27/05/05.
Unfortunately, it was not possible to play video there, but all the musicians on tour just put the place on fire while CHARLES & me just enjoyed the party.

28/05/05 : GIG @ the NO-NU MO-FU MUSIC HAPPENING - SARAJEVO

Serious things began the day after at the NO-NU MO-FU MUSIC HAPPENING.

The night started with ALIF TREE'S smooth live set while CHARLES was turning the stage into a painting.

Just after, we started to discover the Bosnian part of the line up with BASHESKIA & EDWARD EQ great live set.

I then entered the event together with SELECTA CAB for our MKS project and continued to perform on the following NICOLAS CANTE'S NIKOLL unbelievable live set.
This was not programmed first, but we managed to set up a video performance with no loops, playing with cameras signals and live samples of them.

As an end, we all enjoyed very much DUBIOZA KOLEKTIV great gig.

All of this made us discover a bit of what was going on in Sarajevo. Although the situation is still very uncomfortable there, we appreciated a lot the way people really want to enjoy there life now.
A lot of independent artists really try to make it different supported by local labels doing great job such as GRAMOFON.
Sarajevo, we'll all miss you...

29/05/05 : Off program @ the KRATKOG FILMA FESTIVAL - MOSTAR

ALIF TREE & CHARLES had to leave us for this one, and we missed them a lot as by this time, all the french performer had become a ruling party team.
It was kind of odd to play in this place in which we could still feel that war was not so far, but we all appreciated it very much.

Only NIKOLL & SELECTA CAB where on this night, so we decided that they would both play twice alternatively.
I thus performed from 11pm until 3h30am, following the same spirit as for NO-NU MO-FU : A loops & cameras set on SELECTA CAB and a totally live made one on NIKOLL.
